1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Multiplication Wizard, an educational browser game created and operated by Little Shop of Wonders LLC, a Virginia limited liability company ("we," "us," "Little Shop of Wonders").

By activating a license key, accessing multiplicationwizard.com, or otherwise using Multiplication Wizard, you agree to these Terms. If you are activating a license on behalf of a school, classroom, or organization, you are agreeing to these Terms on that organization's behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Multiplication Wizard.

2. Ownership

Multiplication Wizard, including its code, design, questions, graphics, and all other content, is the proprietary property of Little Shop of Wonders LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by Little Shop of Wonders LLC.

3. Your License

When you purchase a license key, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Multiplication Wizard, subject to the scope of the key type you purchased:

Seat keys included with Classroom and Tutor licenses are intended for the students of that specific teacher or tutor. They may not be shared, resold, or distributed outside that classroom or tutoring practice.

Some license keys are time-limited (such as trial and promotional keys) and will stop working after their stated expiration date.

Device limits

Each key is limited to the number of devices shown above. Once a key reaches its device limit, it will not activate on an additional device until a device is released. You can view and release devices tied to a key at any time using the "Manage Devices" tool available in the app, without contacting support.

Managing student seats (Classroom and Tutor licenses)

Teachers and tutors can view their students' practice activity (best score, games played, and last activity date — never any personally identifying information) using the "Tutor/Teacher Dashboard" tool in the app. From this dashboard, a teacher or tutor may:

• Temporarily deactivate ("revoke") a student's seat key, and reactivate ("restore") it later
• Reassign a student seat key to a new student, which clears the prior student's practice history from that seat and frees it up for activation on a new device

These tools are provided so a teacher or tutor can manage their own roster as students join or leave, without needing to contact support for routine changes.

4. What You May Not Do

Unless we give you prior written permission, you agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Multiplication Wizard application file or its source code
• Rehost the application on another website or domain
• Share a single license key beyond the number of people or devices it is licensed for
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, question bank, or underlying logic of the application, except where applicable law permits it despite this restriction
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the application
• Use the application for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Use automated tools to access, scrape, or generate license keys

If you become aware of any unauthorized copying, distribution, or use of Multiplication Wizard, we would appreciate you letting us know at support@multiplicationwizard.com.

5. Acceptable Use

Multiplication Wizard is intended for educational practice by students, families, teachers, and tutors. Please use it respectfully and only for its intended educational purpose.

We reserve the right to deactivate a license key if we reasonably determine it is being used in violation of these Terms, including keys showing signs of sharing far beyond their licensed scope.

6. Purchases and Refunds

License keys are purchased through our Shopify store. Please review your order carefully before purchasing, as license keys are digital goods delivered electronically upon purchase.

As such, all sales are final except as described in our Return and Refund Policy, which covers billing errors and technical issues with unactivated keys. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Multiplication Wizard is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser. We work to keep the app running smoothly and will address issues we become aware of, but we cannot promise perfection.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Shop of Wonders LLC and its members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Multiplication Wizard.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the application will not exceed the amount you paid for your license key in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Multiplication Wizard at any time by discontinuing use and clearing any locally stored data from your device.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Multiplication Wizard will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will notify active license holders by email.

Continued use of Multiplication Wizard after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Privacy

Your use of Multiplication Wizard is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how the app handles data (in short: almost nothing leaves your device).
